TEA accredits public schools in Texas at the district level for grades K-12.
Texas Consolidated School Rating Report
This report includes the academic accountability rating, distinction designations earned (if any), School FIRST rating (district level only), and the Community and Student Engagement ratings for a district and all of its campuses.

At the end of each TAPR is a link to the individual entity's most recently released Financial Actual Report from the PEIMS Financial Standards Reports.

State Compensatory Education (SCE)
What it is… State financial special allotment funding for programs and/or services designed to supplement the regular education programs for students identified as at-risk of dropping out of school (TEC29.081.) The purpose of SCE is to increase academic achievement and reduce the drop-out rate of students identified as at-risk. The goal is to provide a challenging and meaningful instructional program to close the achievement gap between students identified as at-risk of dropping out of school and their peers.
Texas Transition and Employment Guide
The Texas Transition and Employment Guide provides youth, young adults, parents, and professionals with secondary transition resources to facilitate a young person’s progress towards post-secondary goals to education, employment, and community living.
Testing Information for Home-Schooled Students
Lake Worth ISD welcomes home-schooled students to participate in the PSAT/NMSQT and Advanced Placement (AP) testing opportunities offered within the district.
PSAT/NMSQT
The PSAT/NMSQT is administered each October at Lake Worth High School.

Advanced Placement (AP) Exams
Lake Worth High School offers several AP courses and administers AP exams in alignment with the College Board’s official schedule in May.
- Exam Fee: College Board AP exam fee
- Additional Fee: $60 proctoring fee
- Registration Deadline: November 1

College Credit Programs
Dual Enrollment is an opportunity for high school students to earn both high school and college credit for the same course. The Lake Worth High School dual credit program is a partnership between Tarrant County College Northwest Campus and Lake Worth High School to provide juniors and seniors with an opportunity to earn simultaneous academic credit from both Tarrant County College and Lake Worth Independent School District.
