Dr. Ena Meyers, Superintendent of Schools 

Dr. Ena Meyers is a public education leader with more than two decades of experience serving students, families, and educators across Texas. Her career spans roles as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district leader in traditional public schools, charter schools, and Montessori programs. She has led schools at the elementary, middle, and high school levels and is especially known for her work in strengthening schools and improving student outcomes in communities facing complex challenges.
Dr. Meyers believes that strong schools are built through intentional systems that support teachers and set high expectations for every student. Her leadership approach, Excellence by Design, focuses on creating clear instructional systems, providing meaningful support for educators, and ensuring students experience high-quality teaching every day, in every classroom. She is deeply committed to equity, student well-being, and making intentional systemic changes to help students reach their full potential. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration along with Texas Superintendent and Principal and Teacher certifications.
