At Lake Worth ISD, we believe in setting an example of excellence beginning at the top of the organization. 

LWISD's Board of Trustees governs the direction of the District, while day-to-day operations are overseen by the Superintendent. Various administrators lead departments that oversee everything in the District from the curriculum and special services to technology and maintenance operations.

We are committed to hiring and maintaining a diverse, highly qualified staff and that begins with Lake Worth ISD's leaders who oversee the district's faculty and support staff. Though the size of a small corporation, LWISD remains focused on its chief mission: providing an exceptional education for all students.
