Title IX Coordinator

The District prohibits discrimination, including harassment, against any student on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law. The District prohibits dating violence, as defined by this policy. Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of District policy and is prohibited.

Discrimination against a student is defined as conduct directed at a student on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, age, disability, or on any other basis prohibited by law, that adversely affects the student.

The District has designated the following employee as the Title IX Coordinator in order to address concerns or inquiries regarding discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, or gender-based harassment.

Reports or formal complaints can be made to the Title IX Coordinator at any time by anyone in person, by mail, telephone, or email, or by other verbal or written means any time, including non-business hours.  The Title IX Coordinator will promptly respond in accordance with the process described in policies DH, DIA, DHB, FFG, FFG, and FFI (LEGAL, LOCAL, and Regulations).
