Student Enrollment and Registration

Returning Student Registration is open for the 24-25 School Year
Welcome to Lake Worth ISD! We are excited to have your family join us again or for the first time.
All students, new or returning, must complete registration at their designated campus or online here. You can find campus contact information here. If your child is new to the district, you will need the following documentation*:
- Birth Certificate (If necessary, order a certified copy at Texas.gov.)
- Original if under 11 years old
- Copy from parent/guardian or TREx if the child is over 11 years old
- Proof of Residence (POR)
- Utility bill from last 30 days with parent/guardian's name on it
- Lease or rental agreement with parent/guardian's name on it
- Immunizations
- Received and reviewed by nurse before first day of enrollment
- Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 7th grade are mandatory
- Students NEW to Texas public schools are mandatory
- All others required within 30 days (30-day obligation)
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Proof of parent/guardian identity to be verified against the BC to ensure educational rights to enroll the student
- If parent/guardian does not match BC parent/guardian, then additional paperwork is required to define the enrolling parent/guardian's rights to enroll the student
* There may be additional documents needed. The registrar will let you know if any additional information is needed.
Annual Registration Process
Lake Worth ISD schools welcome all students who live within the boundaries of the district and meet state age and health requirements. Specific documentation, as noted below, is required for completion of registration.

Please Note: Your child will not be fully registered for and cleared to attend school until all required documentation is provided.
