Mrs. Jessica Jager is happy to serve Marine Creek Leadership Academy families and staff members as Assistant Principal. Mrs. Jager has served in multiple roles throughout her career, including 5th and 6th grade teacher, Reading Interventionist, Dyslexia Specialist, Academic Specialist, and Assistant Principal. Mrs. Jager believes strongly in restorative discipline and the power of relationships to support students academically and behaviorally. In addition to her background in education, Mrs. Jager has a strong background in Social Psychology, which helps her ensure students know how to participate productively in the learning community.
