Student Teaching Classroom Observation

Thank you for your interest in the Lake Worth ISD. Please follow these steps to be approved for classroom observations and/or student teaching.

• Complete the Student Teaching/Classroom Observation form at the following link: Student Teaching/Classroom Observation Form
• FYI – You will need to upload a document from your college/university or certification program requesting student teaching or observation hours

Placement availability is limited; therefore, we ask placement requests to be made as soon as possible. Placements are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

An HR representative will reach out within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the form.
