We are excited to be using SchoolStatus Connect this year to unify our family communication across the district/school. With SchoolStatus Connect, our families will be able to receive communication from Lake Worth ISD, as well as the schools and classrooms for which your students participate.

Family members can view Connect notifications and keep up with district, school, and teacher communications in a variety of ways:

  • Directly in your email inbox
  • As a SMS message on your phone
  • In your Connect family portal on the web
  • On the mobile app - Search “SchoolStatus Connect” in your app store.

There is no need to create an account. We have taken care of that for you. However, you will need to login to update your profile and create a password.
 

How to Sign In to SchoolStatus Connect

Have you signed in to your Connect family portal yet? It is the best way to keep up-to-date and make sure you don’t miss any notifications. From the Connect family portal, you can view all communications in one easy place. This is also how you can initiate conversations with your students’ teachers.

Signing In for the First Time
From a SchoolStatus Email: Click the button at the bottom of the email to get started.
From a SchoolStatus Text: Click the link in the text to get started.
Follow the prompt to enter your first and last name, create a password, and select your language preference.

Signing In on the Web
Visit www.schoolstatus.com/log-in and select “Connect”
Select one of the Single Sign-On methods as it applies.
If not using Single Sign-On, enter your email address or mobile phone number and click “Continue.” Make sure you use the email address that you have on file with the district.

Signing In from the Mobile App
Download the mobile app by searching “SchoolStatus Connect” in your app store.
Bypass “Choose Your Role” and instead, click “Sign In”.
Select one of the Single Sign-On methods as it applies.
If not using Single Sign-On, enter your email address or mobile phone number and click “Continue.”
 

Update your SchoolStatus Connect Settings

Are you seeing too many or too few notifications from Connect? You can update your settings and preferences at any time. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your Connect account on the web or mobile app.
  • On Mobile: Select the 3 horizontal lines in the top, left corner.
  • On Desktop: Select your avatar from the top, right corner.
  • Then select the Settings Gear icon to access all of your personal account settings. 

You can update your contact information, communication method, and language preference. You can also select which notifications you’d like to receive.
