Bio: 

Coach Ladd is in his 6th year at Lake Worth serving as Girls Head Basketball Coach and Assistant Track Coach. He teaches Inclusion History and has a passion for helping students succeed. He enjoys hunting, fishing and anything sports related. His wife, Megan, works as a nurse. They have a 7-year-old son (Jack) and 2-year-old son (Sam). Faith, family and helping others are what anchors his life.
