If your child is going to miss school, please call the school office @ 817-306-4270.
It is the parent/guardians' responsibility to report a child's absence to the school office.
We accept phone calls, the day your child will be absent.
If it's after the day your child is absent then send a note, you have 3 days to report the reason your child was out absent.
Please note: On some cases, absences will not be excused.
If there are extenuating circumstances, please call us.
It is very important and vital that your child attends school.
State law - A student must be in Attendance 90% of the time to receive credit for the current schol year.
If there are more days missed than allowed, the
parent/guardian could face Truancy charges.
The student could also be retained and not promoted to
the next grade level.
