Bullfrog Powerlifting returns three regional qualifiers from last year's squad and has enough depth to actually field almost two squads.
Head coach Daniel Maehs has approximately 20 lifters to compete for 11 spots at each meet, which likely means the competition in the weight room will be solid, focused, and intense to gain one of those coveted spots for each meet during the season.
The next meet for Lake Worth will be at Kennedale, Jan 30th.
