Lady Frogs Hoping for Success
The Lady Frog track and field team, under head coach Patricia Veliz, is hoping to build on the success that has steadily made its way into the program over the past several years. The Lady Frogs will compete at the Prosper Invitational to open the season on 24 Feb 11. They will travel to Alvarado on 05 Mar 11 for the annual Lady Indian Relays, followed by the Lady Scorpion Relays on 11 Mar 11, hosted by FW South Hills.
The annual Green Machine Booster Club Relays will be held on Friday, 18 Mar 11, and the Lady Frogs expect several area teams, along with a few from outside the D-FW metroplex to compete. On 26 Mar 11, the Lady Frogs travel to the Litle Elm meet, and with close out the season at the Possum Kingdom Relays, hosted by Graham High School, on 02 Apr 11.
The 7-AAA Championships will be held at Mineral Wells High School on 12-13 Apr 11, with Lake Worth, Decatur, Bridgeport, Mineral Wells, and Castleberry competing.
