All new hires must view the PowerPoint presentation at the link below and complete the Insurance Survey. Bring the completed survey with you when you meet with the enrollers at the following location:

Enrollers will be available 8:30 - 3:30pm August 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20, 2008 in the Computer Lab.
